Wasiyya is a digital tool designed to assist in the preparation of an Islamic will, in accordance with the principles of Islam. It does not constitute a notarized act or a legally binding document on its own.
2. Nature of the content
The religious texts, recommendations, and calculations (notably the Farāʾiḍ calculator) are provided for guidance and educational purposes only. They do not replace the advice of an imam, a specialist in Islamic inheritance rules, or the civil procedures applicable in your country.
3. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, as well as for the decisions made based on the app's content. Wasiyya cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete use, or use not compliant with the laws of your country.
4. Service availability
We strive to ensure the proper functioning of the app, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the absence of errors.
